| Visually, the architectural design of the houses
corresponds to the traditional Istrian way of building,
with lots of elements made in stone and wood; in the
same time, the houses are built according to high
European standards. During the construction, the quality
of workmanship and materials were top priorities,
but a lot of attention was also paid to all other
requirements of the future buyer. Therefore, the houses
are equipped with all installations and fittings for
the swimming pool, satellite TV, air-conditioning,
and there is a possibility of central heating. The
facilities cover an area of 500-900m2 and 128.98m2
of the net area. |
